TAKE ACTION: Alabama Workers Are Under Attack

This bill prohibits any businesses receiving state funding from voluntarily recognizing a union, even if the union has demonstrated majority support amongst workers and the employer supports that decision. A similar bill just passed in the Georgia Legislature and now out-of-state special interest groups are pushing it in Alabama to attack our unions. This legislation violates federal labor law, hurts working families and undermines the rights of business owners in our state.
